The initial enrollment period is three months, after which you have the flexibility to cancel with a 30-day notice without incurring any penalty charges. What if I miss a coaching session?
If you miss a coaching session, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of a sudden emergency or unexpected situation that prevents you from attending, you can reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll handle each case individually, and if it’s a true emergency, exceptions may be considered.

What if I don’t see results within a specific timeframe?
Our program has been designed to deliver noticeable results to our clients. While individual responses can vary, our personalized approach is designed to deliver meaningful transformations within the first few months. This often includes improvements in energy levels, mental clarity, weight loss, as well as less pain, better stress and anxiety management.” If you find that you’re not experiencing the desired results within 90 days, it’s possible that this program might not be the ideal fit for you at this stage. We do not offer refunds as this is a monthly wellness program. However, we are committed to ensuring your success and well-being. After the initial 90-day period of our program, if you have actively adhered to our guidance and invested effort, and yet have not experienced increased energy, a lighter feeling, improved overall well-being, and a clearer direction in your wellness journey, we will work closely with you to adjust the program and explore additional avenues for your progress and satisfaction.
Can I participate if I’m located outside of your geographic area?
Absolutely, our program is designed to accommodate clients from around the world. We have successfully worked with individuals in countries such as Spain, Mexico, and England. To ensure effective communication, we use various channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls or Zoom as needed for different regions. Rest assured, we are committed to assisting you, no matter your location, and ensuring that you receive the best possible guidance on your wellness journey.
What qualifications and credentials do you have as a health coach?
I hold qualifications as a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). During my training at IIN, I gained comprehensive knowledge in innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and exposure to over 100 dietary theories and wellness philosophies. These dietary theories encompass various approaches, including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and more.

Are there any hidden costs or fees associated with the program?
No, there are no hidden costs associated with our program. We are transparent about our fees and services. However, please note that if the client’s credit card on file is declined, our policy is to attempt to process the payment daily. If the client’s account is not reconciled within (5) days, a bounced payment fee of $25 will be incurred. This fee is disclosed as part of our payment processing policy to ensure clarity and transparency in all financial transactions.
How do I make payments for the program?
When you sign up for our program, the initial payment for the first month is required. During our first coaching call, we will assist you in setting up automatic recurring payments using your credit card information. These recurring payments will be processed on a regular basis until cancelled.
